Potatoes
INGREDIENTS :
* As many potatoes as desired.
DIRECTIONS :
1. Preheat oven to 350
degrees
2. Place potatoes directly on an oven rack & roast until very soft when squeezed & skin is crisp,
60 - 75 minutes
3. Cut open each potato;
season with salt & pepper. Top with butter, parmesan or chives.
